These classes are suitable for almost anyone to “come off the street” and find yoga doable. This is a time to relax the body and mind and start the inner healing process. Please let the teacher know of your health concerns.
Would you please arrive approximately 15 minutes before class? First-time students are required to fill out two forms prior to class.  This series of classes is One Hour long; the teacher will be available after class for any questions.

New Students should call 201-796-7585 before arriving to learn the protocols we are currently working under. Please ask for Premajyothi.

    A Psychodrama trainer, an art therapist, and a workshop presenter

    Jyoti Ning-Shing Kung, M.Ed. MPS, TEP, ATR-BC, RYI 200​, a psychodrama trainer, an art therapist, and a workshop presenter, who focuses on the integration of different domains of psychotherapy in order to include the body, mind, and spirituality.
    She has 20 years of experience in practicing and teaching psychodrama internationally in China and Taiwan. Currently working as an adjunct therapist in the psychiatric intensive care unit, where she developed a 90-minute session that integrates yoga, art-making, role-playing, and sociometry into a 3-steps sequence. A similar 3-steps self-healing program is developed to improve the wellbeing of non-psychotherapy groups.
