Antar Trataka Hatha

A Cross between Beginner and Intermediate class with an emphasis on Pranayama, Margabandhu includes practices that are specifically helpful for the health of our bodies and minds during this pandemic.  This is a special time to learn from a master.  This is a six-week class series.  Here is Margbandhu’s letter regarding the focus of this series:

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
What Chakra are you living in?  In the next six weeks of Antar Trataka, we will be addressing specifically the functions and qualities of each chakra and how they relate to you on a personal level.
For example, a student might be having some difficulty with the stomach area, which is related to the Manipura Chakra.  The student will be given certain practices to follow as well as some dietary changes to alleviate that condition.  If any student has a particular condition they want to have covered in class, they can call me at 201-796-7585 and we will discuss it before class.
This new series begins on Sunday, Feb. 21, and ends on Sunday, March 28th
There are usually no openings for in-house attendance but zoom attendance is available.
