Introduction to Meditation for Stress Management

So much research has shown over and over again how Meditation can help us release stress and build our resistance to stress! We certainly need this now more than ever!  Rev. Premajyothi Devi will guide you through various ways to meditate, how to handle our monkey minds’ persistent thoughts, and how to actually enjoy the process of calming the mind!  This is perfect for beginners and anyone else who needs a rejuvenation to their practice.  Several different ways to meditate will be explored so you can discover your preferred method!

These three classes each build upon the other so taking all three is recommended.  Taking a single class only will provide benefits as a stand alone class.

On August 19, 2006, she deepened her commitment to Sri Swami Satchidananda and the teachings of Integral Yoga, and became an Integral Yoga Minister. She is available for Weddings, Memorial Services, House Blessings, Baby Blessings, Ecumenical Services, Spiritual Counseling, and wherever the universal teachings of yoga are requested.
