MONDAY 7:00 AM BEGINNER
This early morning class is for you early risers and those wishing to start their day with yoga before leaving for work.
These classes are suitable for almost anyone to “come off the street” and find yoga doable. This is a time to relax the body and mind and start the inner healing process. Yoga provides a more limber, strong, and relaxed body as well as a peaceful, focused mind. Please let the teacher know of your health concerns.
First-time students are required to fill out two forms prior to class. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior. Classes begin promptly and end after approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Please register by the day before the 7 am class you intend to take.
No student will be turned away due to a lack of funds. Please speak with Premajyothi.
