All things yoga have been a great help to her when dealing with difficult populations, and she often safely and appropriately guides clients according to yogic principles. -
Lalita Phyllis CohenRYT-200
Lalita Phyllis Cohen has been an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) since 2013. She received her training with the Integral Yoga Institute of Fair Lawn, New Jersey under the guidance of Rev. Jagadish James Ruttler, Patrick Brown, Rev. Premajyothi Devi, and the late Dharyian John Lucchesi. Practicing since 1993, Phyllis quickly fell in love with the physical asana, devotional chanting, and yoga’s spiritual elements. As her practice deepened, so too did her commitment to IYI and the yoga community as a whole. As a 6-year teaching veteran, Phyllis has recently expanded her offerings to include Laughing Yoga. Outside of the practice, Phyllis is a Doctor of Audiology. She has been a clinician since 1986 and takes great pride in her work with the hearing impaired.
