Tuesday AM – Multi-Level Hatha Yoga Class
Our mixed level hatha class offers something for everyone and allows students of various levels of hatha to practice side-by-side. We will begin by taking the basic postures that we have all come to love and learn how to deepen our experience of them. For students who have been taking our classes for a while it will offer the opportunity to discover and explore optional and more advanced postures. Those who want to further their practice but are unsure, it allows a gradual progression into more challenging postures. For students new to yoga, it will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of our basic postures. All students are encouraged to proceed at their own pace.
Monalisa Radha Hershel
Monalisa/Radha Hershel is a certified Integral Yoga Instructor. Originally an Interior Designer by profession, Radha has always been drawn to creative solutions to problems, whether designing for human comfort in limited spaces or finding a spiritual path to life situations. The goals of Integral Yoga, which is to have an easeful body, a peaceful mind, and a useful life, drew Monalisa to this holistic approach to Yoga. She believes Integral Yoga not only helps improve physical health but also allows one to connect with one’s inner self. For her, Yoga is about finding out who you really are as a whole person. When not teaching Yoga or designing interior spaces, she pursues a variety of interests including photography, spending time surrounded by nature, reading, jewellery design, and spending time with her family!!
