What is your Yoga Path?

What is your Yoga Path?  What about the Others?

This series will delve into the main branches of Yoga: Karma, Bhakti, Raja & Jnana Yoga.
We will discuss why we may feel more drawn toward a particular branch or path of yoga over another and how we can and need to learn and grow with each branch, using all of them for our complete and harmonious development.

Each class will begin with a 20 minute Pranayama Session with Margabandhu.
This is very conducive to clear and calm our minds in preparation for learning.

Reverend Jaganath will discuss Jnana Yoga and Bhakti Yoga during the first session and then discuss Raja Yoga and Karma Yoga in the second session. Margabandhu will follow up in the third session to discuss the dietary needs for each path as well as the specific needs of the participants so their physical body can support the work they do through Karma, Raja, Bhakti and Jnana Yoga practices. Premajyothi will end each class with a 5 minute guided meditation based on one of the four main branches of yoga.
