Tracey Arnauer, MSW, LCSW, Hospice Psychosocial Services Manager, earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified to provide Clinical Social Work Supervision. She also holds SIPI Certification, qualifying her to supervise MSW students pursuing their master’s degrees.

Tracey’s professional background includes work with psychiatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She later served as a Medical Oncology Social Worker with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she developed a deep interest in palliative and hospice care. Her early hospice experience began with Compassionate Care Community Hospice.

For the past 12 years, Tracey has served as a social worker at Holy Name Medical Center, primarily within its Hospice & Palliative Care Program. She currently oversees all psychosocial care at Villa Marie Claire, Holy Name’s residential hospice facility. In addition, she provides community education on Advance Care Planning, helping individuals understand Advance Directives and Health Care Proxy documents, and guiding patients in meaningful conversations about palliative and end-of-life care with their physicians and loved ones.

Tracey is deeply committed to supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journeys, offering compassionate guidance to help them make informed decisions while living with life-limiting and terminal illnesses.
