Integral Yoga teaches that true spiritual growth unfolds when we harmonize body, mind, heart, and hands. This special retreat offers a full-day immersion into the six classical branches of Yoga β€” giving participants a practical, experiential understanding of how they beautifully interrelate.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through practice, reflection, service, and devotion in a supportive and uplifting environment.

🌿 Morning Practice (9:00am)

Padma Maria Carmichael will lead an integrated session including:
β€’ Hatha Yoga
β€’ Pranayama

β€’ Deep Relaxation

This grounding experience prepares body and mind for a full day of study and reflection.

🌿 Mid-Morning Exploration (11:00am)

β€’ Karma Yoga β€” the Yoga of selfless service
β€’ Bhakti Yoga β€” the Yoga of devotion and love

Discover how these paths transform daily life into spiritual practice.

🌿 Sacred Nourishment (12:30pm)

Rev. Premajyothi will offer a lovingly prepared vegan lunch, beginning with a traditional meal prayer β€” honoring food as prasad and nourishment for body and spirit.

(Virtual participants will be invited to prepare a simple meal at home and join the blessing.)

🌿 Living the Teaching (1:30pm)

Participants will engage in a Karma Yoga activity, led by Rev. Premajyothi β€” putting philosophy into action through mindful service.

🌿 Afternoon Wisdom (2:30pm)
