We offer both In-house and Virtual classes from which to choose. if you do not see a class offered virtually, please call 201-796-758, to request to take that class virtually. We will make arrangements, as best as we can!
Many of our programs and classes can be attended on a sliding scale.
Pay what you can, no one is turned away! Please call 201-796-7585 for no questions asked registration on a sliding scale.
To prepare to attend an in-house class please note the following:
To keep people safe, we are reinstating wearing a mask from the time you enter our property until you sit on your mat in Lotus Hall. If you are comfortable taking off your mask, you may, unless the Instructor needs everyone to be wearing a mask during class. Otherwise, once the class is over, please put your mask back on before getting up to pick up your mat to leave.
Please bring your own mat and pillow on which to sit.
We will continue to follow our guidelines of NO CHANTING, NO KAPALLABHATI (Rapid Breathing).
Please make use of our disinfectant gel pump on the Sanitation Center in the foyer of Lotus Hall, as well as one that is in the wooden mailbox once you enter the main building.
Teachers will be disinfecting the entire Lotus hall after each class.
