Saturday 9:00 AM – Multi-Level Hatha Yoga Class
This one class on Satuday mornings can be a great start to your day! Padma Maria is very skilled at teaching Beginners to Intermdiates and all feel comfortable! True Beginners will be gently guided in each practice that you find your own feel good stretch and come out of the pose when the body no longer feels good in the pose. This is the basis for all levels of Hatha Yoga, have the practice be comfortable, the breath easy, and the mind focused. Practicing a focused mind and bringing it back when the mind wanders is what all levels of hatha students need to practice. Join the wonderful community of early morinng hatha students with Padma.

Padma Maria CarmichaelQHHTPadma Maria Carmichael, is certified by the Integral Yoga Institute to teach Beginner and Intermediate Yoga as well as Meditation, having shared her expertise and passion for yoga for more than 15 years. Maria has extensive experience teaching yoga to autistic and special needs children. She is a Level Two Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, a reiki master and certified in massage therapy, acupressure, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy and reflexology.
