Beginner Hatha with Prapatti or Lalita
This class is shared by two teachers who teach approximately every other Saturday. This is a regular beginner class.
Lalita Phyllis Cohen is an Audiologist by profession and a dedicated yoga instructor for over ten years. Her class is a perfect class for beginners to feel welcome and to receive the attention they need.
However, students who have some physical concerns may do well with Prapatti, who is also a physical therapist and can offer some adaptations that will allow the student to feel more comfortable in the pose. We want you to release stress, not bring in more! If you have physical concerns that need to be taken into consideration, please email email@example.com. We will forward your email to Prapatti. We will also let you know when she will be teaching.
This class is offered in-house only. New Students should call 201-796-7585 before arriving to learn the protocols we are working under.
