Beginner Hatha with Prapatti

This class is taught by our Instructor, Prapatti Patti Ryan, who is also a Physical Therapist. This is a regular beginner class.  However, students who have some physical concerns will do well with this class as Prapatti will share some adaptations that the student can use to feel more comfortable in the pose.  We want you to release stress, not bring in more!

Prapatti teaches virtually with great attentiveness to the needs of each student: in-house or virtually. She is very engaging with her students.  If you do have physical concerns that need to be taken into consideration, please email and your email will be forwarded to Prapatti.
